Unable to get BaseMods.

Hi, I just tried to install Tekkit Classic fresh on a new reset computer, and after I put in my username and password, it installs files then stops and gives me this error message:

http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/basemods/basemods-tekkit-v3.1.2 .zip

So if someone can give me a VALID link to that file, or send me a working .Technic folder via WinRAR, that would be great,
