Help with a server please

Hey guys. im looking at buying a server for me and a few friends. the only things that's stopping me right now is i don't know how to set a mod pack up for it. id like to put big dig on the server and if possible just use the technic launcher to access it but i dont really know how to do all this. i been searching the web most of the night and not turning up any thing that is helpful most of its all gibberish. id go ahead and buy one but thats kidna whats stopping me i just don't wanna get money put into it and then realize that i cant do anything with it. the server host i was looking at was beastnode. from what i understand they support tekkit packs?.
