Error when trying to use teleport feature

I have the teleport option (teleportEnabled=1 in 'MapWriter.cfg')enabled in both my server and clientside (tried 2 different PCs on my network) and it gives and error when I hit "T" and then enter in the map: "You do not have permission to use this command." Before teleporting was enabled, it gave me the normal 'not enabled' error, however now this issue...any ideas?
