When I attempt to start Hexxit it begins loading normally but it then freezes (usually when it gets to the .tml files). During this the java application hits the RAM cap and hovers around it, using up ~50% CPU. I've left it several times to see if it'll finish. One of few things happen:
1. Nothing - it has stayed frozen for more than an hour.
2. It unfreezes but the download gets stuck on something strange like "7% ...".
3. The window disappears and flashes several times from a black rectangle the size of a chrome tab header to a black rectangle the normal size of the launcher window. One time this lead to 2.
I just tried loading Vanilla through the launcher - works fine.
P.S. Left it alone for an hour and it finished. No need for this thread now. /delete
