bukkit error on tekkit classic server

I just set up a tekkit classic server on my local network so I can play multiplayer on it with my brothers, we played all last night but when I started it this morning it said I couldn't reach the server

I checked the command prompt and I got these two error messages

Could not get information about this craftbukkit version perhaps you are running a custom one?: IOException

Could not get the latest artefact information: IOException

I looked up what the problems could be but all the results I found said update your plugins but as I don't have any I thought I had to update the bukkit build on the server.

I searched this up on the bukkit forums but they said since it was tekkit I should go here.

Could someone please reply how to fix this or at least how to update the bukkit ( file location )

Hey, I had this same exact problem. I wouldn't update your plugins, although you could. What you want to do is backup your map, and delete the whole server folder. Then, redownload it. OR, make sure you're playing on Tekkit Classic 3.1.2, for it is much more stable than 3.1.3
