Until recently I have been using mystcraft a lot, and decided to use buildcraft pipes. I made both wooden and stone transport pipes, and now this happens:
When I place the pipe, I see nothing, and a pipe is missing from my hotbar. If I open a chest or my inventory, they are back in my inventory.
