Hey guys. I'm creating a Tekkit server and I want to know how to ban certain items in spawn using the Region Specific Permissions used with WorldGuard and PermissionsEx. As you all should know, it is pretty much required to ban certain things in spawn that you don't want banned anywhere else, such as spears and mining lasers. If somebody could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. It would also help to show me an example config on how to do it.
