Mods won't download on login. (fixed)

Launcher Version: Launcher Build 253

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Java 7 Update 25

Antivirus Program: Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security

Description of Problem:

When i attempt to launch Tekkit, it will proceed to download the required mods up until the mod "Power Crystals Core" in which it will give me the following error message (see below). How can i fix this problem?

Some things I've tried:

Reinstalling the launcher

Excluding technic launcher from my antivirus program

Restarting my router and computer

Updating all available updates on my computer

My computer also has the required specs for Tekkit, so I doubt that's the problem.
