Voltz 2.0.4 isnt working :(

my technic launcher tries to dl. the files but when it is at 44% it says download failed and an error comes "Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/lib/fml//fml_libs15.zip"

pls help me out...

i alredy tried to coppy and phase the file above this topic and tryed to change it with the other file but when the launcher updates again the file is cleared and it startes dling again and after 44% the same error shows up again
