Launcher wont open

Operating System: Win 7 ultimate

Java Version: 1.7.0_25 (64 and 32bit)

Antivirus Program: None

Description of Problem:

Launcher wont open, tried bot .exe and .jar This didnt start till i tried to add 64 bit java to my computer. Needed to allocate more RAM
