cannot connect to server help pls

hello i have a problem, i maked anTekkitlite server but when i want connect then i get the following error:

ID 102 is mismatched.World: (ModID: Minecraft, type amp, ordinal1) Game (ModID: MFReloaded, type blockVanillaGlassPane,ordinal0)

ID 79 is mismatched.World: (ModID: Minecraft, type akr, ordinal 0) Game (ModID: MFReloded, type blockVanillaIce, ordinal 0)

You cannot connect to this server
