i downloaded the technic pack and have a problem

the problem i havce is i run it then it comes up with this error can anyone help me

"unhandled excpetion has occured in ur application if u click contune the application will ingor this error and attempt to contune if u click quit the application will close immediatly

the system can not find the file specficed

my technic luncher does not let me log in i type in my user and pass and it still doesnt come up with the loggin button
