I would like to know if there is a way to place a pump in Nether and get the lava to overworld.. I also thought on using a cobble generator, blockbreaker, and a condenser to dupe lava cells.. but I don't know if it is a good idea

You can use Ender Chests to transport, as long as you have a World Anchor. One way is to create a Bone/Blaze Rod dupe machine, especially with blaze rod you make bank, here's a link.
