Crashes when I try spawn in a Modded item

The server runs fine, and I can put in plugins and it will work fine. But whenever I spawn in a modded item it tells me that there is no such ID

My server is:

Craftbukkit 1.2.5

Not sure how to find out my Tekkit server Verison.
