My server doesn't work...

So I made a tekkit classic server and I port forwarded with my ATT router to 25565 and whenever i start up the server I get this:

I stop the server every time properly with the "stop" command and it still doesn't work...

Please help!

More info: I live in the USA, my router is AT&t U-verse, I entered the port into the router config website...
