Mod Pack not UnZipping Right

Launcher Version: Build 253 (Newest Version as of 9/21/13)

Operating System: Dell, Model N5050, Intel Core i3, RAM 4G, 64bit operating system, 2.40GHz

Java Version: Version 7 Update 25

Description of Problem:

I have been working on making a modpack, and everytime I go to start to play it, it gives me an error message stating that there is an error unzipping a file in the pack (specific cache folder). I have changed forge twice, and done what all the videos and tutorials say, but no lcuk, can I get someone to help me.
