launch.bat not launching.

Hi. I'm trying to host a server from home using my Windows 8 laptop but I can't launch the launch.bat file.

It simple closes when I try press a key.

This is what it looks like when I click edit:

I've been to a couple of sites already and I think these environmental variables may have something to do with it:

Anyways, any help will be greatly appreciated
