0 Night_Creeps Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 BUMP! Exact same problem, I have mac 10.6.8- I open tekkit for the first time (makes a new tekkitmain folder and everything), I create a world and it starts to load, but when it gets to "Loading World Building Terrain" it freezes, no loading bar or anything, however same as terra it is apparently still responding. This is a recent problem, tekkit (with the new launcher) was working fine before. Hexxit also works fine, it's just tekkit that does this... does anyone have suggestions?
0 Frabin Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 I figured out a solution to this problem! If you are on a Mac OS sometimes the game will corrupt your world. To fix this you must go to the Technic launcher and click the Gear icon underneath the Tekkit modpack logo. and make your settings this "Manually select a build. Then change it to 1.1.7" Hope this helps! When it says Would you like to update this pack say no.
0 BushBabyGrylls Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 I have the same thing on any HEXXIT world i have created and im on windows 8 its really getting on my nerves... i cant find anything that helps... i just got the technic launcher working after breaking it somehow in the process of trying to fix this...
