all my modpacks are gone when i open and when i open .technic (i Dont really know my version)

Antivirus Program: AVG 2014

Description of Problem:

So my minecraft Daleks mod froze and i exited it and when i open launcher back up i only had regualar mods. So i went in to the .technic file and it was all there, But what i didnt notice was it was deleting each pack 1 by 1 and it deleted all logs and modpacks (even Tekkit hexxit etc.). Any Help?
