Title: Cant make Tekkit server, FML problems

Version: 1_0_3

OS: Windows 7, Acer Aspire 7560, 4gb Ram, 64bit OS, Quad Core 1.50ghz with AMD Radeon graphics. 750gb HDD

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

FML wont download some files, it is not working properly

Error Messages:

MC Annotation,There were errors during initial FML setup, A download error occured.

I am trying to run a tekkit server to play with my girlfriend. Not sure if it helps but the tekkit is the latest (1.1.8) and the minecraft that runs is 1.5.2 since i believe you cannot update it to the latest which is 1.6.2
