Can't hook up my MFSU to any of my machines

Hi-

I know I've done it in the past, but I can't remember how and I don't know why what I'm doing isn't working, but anyway.

I successfully hooked up a Nuclear Reactor to an MFSU, and I wanted to hook all of my other machines (ie: compressor, macerator, recycler, extractor, etc) up to it. I tried hooking up an MC-Transformer to the MFSU, but it wouldn't let any power through, and when I wrenched it, it exploded. I've tried a few other things and they haven't worked either. In a creative world, I hooked up the MFSU to an MV-Transformer and that to an LV-Transformer and that to the same machines and that worked properly.

I don't know what to do or what I am doing wrong. If someone could please help, that would be great.

The side of the mfsu with the black circle outputs power. You'll need to have it convert into an lv transformer or you'll need to stick 3 Transformer upgrades into your machines.
