Title: Tekkit server mods not working

Version: 1_0_3

OS: windows 7

Java Version: 7 update 25

Description of Problem:

when i load up the server it works but when i try to make something out of a mod it doesn't go into my hot bar or inventory. I think it has something to do with forge but im not sure.PLEASE HELP!
