I am getting this same error. When i looked into the 'Mods' tab on the main screen, it says that almost all of the mods are missing the metadata. Is this the source of the error?

I also am having this problem. I was on this morning and then left to do some work ..... now i get this. Nothing i know has changed or been downloaded since or before this happened

I have an Entirely Different Problem. I run the recommended version, and it goes, Says I have 3 mods installed, and it uses my .minecraft folder instead of my .technic folder. I tried playing and it freezes.

i think its the same thing b/c when i launch classic it pops up with the minecraft icon instead of the tekkit icon

hit F11 before you go in to a world or server this is away around the crash in tellthey can fix it !!!
