the files are in the folder yet they dont appear in my launcher??

All of the files like yogbox voltz texxit hexxit hack/mine and big dig are in the . technic folder yet when i start my launcher it dosent

Show any of those mod packs all it says is add new pack for every box on the left

also i tried to run as administrator and it still would not show any mod packs
