When opening the launcher, no modpacks appear.

Description of Problem:

When I download the pack (After the latest problem) I put in my username + password, and on the side where mod packs SHOULD be, all they say is "add new pack" And of course, I have no clue how to do that.

You may have a virus called "RelevantKnowledge" that breaks Technic. Remove it with the anti-malware tool of your choice.
