Description of Problem:
Ok, I have my Technic Launcher java file on my desktop so I can just click on it and it will start up like it used to work. But now, when i click on it it will give me an error message saying "The Java jar file "TechnicLauncher-2.jar" could not be launched.
Error Messages:
"The Java jar file "TechnicLauncher-2.jar" could not be launched.
