Fatal error starting up Minecraft and FML!!

Launcher Version: 2.9.3

Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit

Java Version: Version 7 Update 45

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

None of the modpacks on Technic Launcher will launch. It says that there is a fatal error in starting up Minecraft and FML. It's been this way for several weeks now. I've tried everything: Restarting it, Deleting the .technic file, Everything!! Someone PLZ Help!!
