Every modpack crashes when trying to install or run (Third time on fresh install now)

Launcher Version: 293

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (64 x)

Java Version: 1.0.7_03

Antivirus Program: Microsoft Security Essentials

Description of Problem:

Out of nowhere every time I try to launch any modpack it freezes either on loading a map, or on loading the modpack. This is the first time I've ever had any real difficulty with the technic launcher, and I don't understand it.

Error Messages:

No message, it just stays on a black screen forever

It's just staying on 'Building Terrain' Forever, it's doing this on every modpack so I'm assuming its a launcher error, and this has never happened before. I just deleted the entire .technic folder and am launching a modpack on a fresh install and it is -still- having this error, this is very strange to say the least... I hope a resolution can be found soon =(
