It doesnt show modpacks and wont let me scroll

Launcher Version: 293

Operating System: DELL Inspiron 15 64-bit 4 gigs of ram

Java Version: 7u45

Antivirus Program: McCafee and Avast!

Description of Problem:

Every time I load up my launcher it says the modpacks are loading, but when i scroll or click the arrows it shows add a modpack!!! It wont even let me scroll!
