Dev Capes Crashes modpack?

Okay, so I have been working on a mod pack for the past few days, it is for MC 1.6.4 I have made sure I have the right version of Minecraft forge and the proper mod versions as well. All the mods are placed in the proper folder.

I got a crash report that I haven't scene before.

It says it is Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/jadarstudios/developercapes/DevCapesImageBufferDownload

I am at a lose and not to sure what I should do next.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
