All modpacks on launcher replaced with add new modpack button.

Description of Problem:

When launched, the mod packs say loading, when you try to scroll they all change to the "add new modpack" button

I have tried disabling both firewall and AV, run it as administrator, changed my skin back to the default Steve, All to no prevail.

That looks a lot like the issue here. You might want to try the fixes listed in that thread.
