Description of Problem:

I have found a new bug, when I open the launcher, it takes some time to load, but when I click where the mod packs should show, it just brings up "Add new Pack".

Error Messages:

Sometimes I get credentials do not match, then it lags.

You may have a virus called "RelevantKnowledge" that breaks Technic. Remove it with the anti-malware tool of your choice.

After trying to find this virus (and failing) and spending about an hour re-downloading everything and anything relevant to TechnicLauncher, I found out it was simply a compatibility issue. Right-click the launcher and click trouble-shoot compatibility, click run to recommended settings, and it should begin working again.
