Modpack stops installing during extracting

Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro Preview. Evaluation copy. Build 9431.

Java Version: 1.7.45 (Java 7u45)

Antivirus Program: Windows Defender(Microsoft Security Essentials, integrated into Windows Defender)

Description of Problem:

It seems to be running fine, but it gets about halfway extracting the modpack them it just stops and does nothing. It downloads the entire modpack file perfectly fine, its just when it begins extracting

Thank you all who helped....

I was able to fix this, for anyone who has this problem it is the .Zip File it is corrupted and needs to be fixed.
