Launcher moves with my mouse

Description of Problem:

Whenever i move my mouse the top left hand corner of the screen moves with my mouse and i am unable to play any modpacks at all. I have uninstalled java and re installed it but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appriciated

Hm, seems like I'm behind in updating my java, I'm just at version 7!

Lulz aside, with "top left hand corner of the screen", do you mean the top left part of the launcher or the top left corner of your actual screen (AKA the entire frigging launcher)?

Sorry the top left hand corner of the launcher follows my mouse, and i am not very techy so i appologize for the java version XD

And the launcher will only move when i try to put my mouse over it but it will not move otherwise, it just continues to go towards the bottom right hand side of my screen till i cant see it anymore
