No modpacks on Launcher

Java Version: Java 7 update 45

Antivirus Program: Norton 360

Description of Problem:

For the last week whenever I open the launcher, it straight away shows 'add new pack' on the left where the modpacks should be. I've tried re-downloading the launcher several times, turning off my antivirus and downloading it, turning off windows firewall and updating my Java. I've looked everywhere for a solution but found none. Any help to fix it would be good!

Yeah I know! There are loads of people with the problem but no solution

You may have a virus called "RelevantKnowledge" that breaks Technic. Remove it with the anti-malware tool of your choice.
