Getting 403 forbidden error message when using latest beta version

Launcher Version: beta 332

Operating System: Windows 7 Pro 32bit

Java Version: build 1.7.0_45-b18

Antivirus Program: Sophos

Description of Problem:

When trying to load modpack using the latest beta version it starts trying to download forge files but then gives a 403 forbidden error message.

Also still saying the modpack is malformed though downloading it directly from the website it is hosted on and installing it manually it works.

I think the technicpack may be altering the zip file somehow as on my site it is called "modpack.zip" yet the technic launcher downloads "dooglesworld162-1.5.zip"
