Occasionally when I or another player attempts to join my server, a black screen will show for a few seconds to a minute, then minecraft will crash. Sometimes, you can catch a glimpse of the area and objects in the hotbar, but minecraft still crashes shortly after. The only solution I found is to delete the players info off the server computer, then have them log back in. After this, I can use an inventory editor to give back their items. Eventually, they crash again and I have to repeat the process. There does not seem to be a specific item causing the crash in inventories, but I can't tell. There was a broken chunk nearby where the crashes always seem to happen, though I repaired it with McEdit and the client still crashes.
