Attempting to launch Yogbox launches vanilla MC [SOLVED]

Ok, so I had been playing Yogbox earlier and decided "Why not try manually adding in Somnia mod?" since they took it out. Well, I tried to mimick the way the other mods were put into Yogbox and simply just add in Somnia. When I ran Technic launcher I added Somnia to the mod list as =on. When I started the game, it went straight into vanilla MC, so I deleted and returned everything back to the way it was. Still launches vanilla MC every time. So I just deleted the entire .Techniclauncher folder under Appdata/roaming...it still keeps launching vanilla MC every time I try to run Yogbox. What in god's name did I do to cause this and how do I fix it? Technic mod seems ok as does Tekkit, but Voxel always gives me update failed. Either way, I just want Yogbox working. Honestly, if deleting the entire launcher didn't do it I'm not sure what else to do.

EDIT: Uh, also noticed now the launcher under options is limiting my choice of memory to 1536 MB...Previously it let me select much higher amounts. What's the deal? I'm on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, btw. Using Avast antivirus, Comodo firewall, and the latest version of 64-bit Java (Java 7 - which I just downloaded, previously running the latest of version 6).

EDIT 2: Okay, I tried wiping the original .Minecraft folder too along with .Techniclauncher - still no good. The launcher is showing the correct memory amounts again - but Yogbox REFUSES to do anything but start vanilla. Where else is Yogbox storing files? I know it's gotta be keeping something since it manages to redownload Yogbox every time and still do the same thing every time.

EDIT 3: There is literally no directory I did not look for Minecraft related files. I have Spoutcraft installed as well - this is the ONLY thing I didn't touch, but these are separate instances which should have no effect on each other. Alright, I've fixed the problem. The problem seemed to be in my case the fact that the mod_CI and mod_EE files were not being created inside the roaming/.Techniclauncher/yogbox folder. I copy and pasted my old Yogbox folder before I wiped the .Techniclauncher, so I pasted these files back in and now all is working again. Not sure if it was not creating those files because it detected them on the system or what (I had them in a desktop folder), but perhaps this will help someone in the future if they try what I did. Make a copy of your Yogbox folder in .Techniclauncher and then delete everything and redownload Yogbox - after that paste the old Yogbox folder back into .Techniclauncher.
