Java (TM) Platform SE Binary not responding

Title: Java Platform SE Binary not responding

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Java 7 update45 (64-bit version)

Description of Problem:

Whenever i click play in the launcher for technic, it starts up and stops at the mojang screen. i then have to close out of it and it says that the page is not responding. It pops up with the error message *Java Platform SE binary is not responding. I have uninstalled java and removed the technic launcher and any related files and re-downloaded them. This still did not work.

The only packs it does not do this with are, hack/mine and vanilla minecraft. I have looked up this problem so many times and i can not find the solution. I'm really out of ideas.

If anyone has any questions at all feel free to ask, i just want to get this sorted out because there seems to be a few unanswered posts on this site about it, and im sure they would appreciate anymore information on it just as much as i would. ^_^

Nevermind after hours of experimenting i fixed it. When you click play, go to your task manager and right click on one of the processes with java in its name. Click open file location, it will list about 20 different files, right click on the one that says *javaw* go to properties, click on the tab that says compatibility, in the compatibility mode click the check box that says run compatabillity and choose your version of windows. Whoo!
