Rocket will not launch...help

Hi guys,

I have a rocket that won't launch. I've fueled up, have the oxygen mask, gear, two full oxygen tanks, and a parachute. I hold down spacebar but nothing happens. Did I miss something? Has this happened to anyone else?

Have you placed in on a launching pad? Only thing here I havent seen mentioned. Also, I don't think this should affect it, but you dont have to hold space, just press it.

Yeah, I have the launch pads. I figured it out though. I configured my jump button to numpad 0 and that is the button I needed to hit to launch. It's the JUMP button that begins the countdown, I forgot that SPACEBAR is the default for that action.
