Help! Modpacks offline!

Hi Technic Community. I've been struggling with a problem lately and that problem is that my modpacks are indefinitely offline. I've read several other articles about the problem and most of them seem to have the problem of a malware program that somehow blocks the modpacks from loading properly. This is not the case for me, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I run a rather advanced firewall, but I've allowed Technic and all associated programs through it manually, but I'm not sure if there's anything else that could be blocking it. So suggestions would be great. Thanks guys.
