Need Help setting up a server!

So me and my friend wanted to set up a hexxit server, and my friend gets this error that he doesnt have enough Ram. The server works on my computer and i have windows 7, 4GB Ram, 64-bit and Java 6

His computer is windows 7, has 8GB Ram and is 64-bit, and has Java 7

if you need more information i would have to ask him again.

PS: i am writing this cause he doesnt know english and it would be nice if somebody helped.
