Technic Launcher has no modpacks

Launcher Version: 342

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Version 7 Update 45

Antivirus Program: Avast Free AntiVirus

Description of Problem:

When I load up the Technic Launcher, instead of all of the modpacks and images loading it says "Add New Pack +" on each of the modpack 'windows'.
