Cant log in to technich launcher

Launcher Version: last one, down loaded again and again today - cant log in

Operating System: Windows 8

Java Version: java 7 update 45

Antivirus Program: none as I know of

Description of Problem:

I click on the technich launcher icon, the logo gets up and the error shows up. Worked fine until a few days ago.
