Login corrupting/expiring within seconds of input

Description of Problem:

When I put my login info in ill be able to log in but when I load up a modpack (I've tested it on about a dozen different mod packs,) I log in and it says bad login and when I close the game it says my login info is corrupt.

The technic launcher uses the 1.6.X login system. This login is currently down/iffy, however all other versions will login fine. 1.7.X logins will login in fine.
