How to make platform URL to Dropbox URL

Hey, i want to download the modpack Sky den, there is a few on Technicpack.net... But i got a problem. When i have typed in the platform URL in my techniclauncher and trying to launch it, i get an error. Its an unzipping error. Ive been reading for 2 hours now and every solution is to paste the dropbox URL instead, i dont know how to do that so if any1 could teach me that would be great . Im trying to download this modpack btw http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/sky-denvenom. Im pasting that into techniclauncher and i get it as a mod, but i get the unzipp error when im trying to open it.
