Help the technic launcher won't load the modpacks

Operating System: Windows

Java Version: Java 7

Antivirus Program: None

Description of Problem:

It won't load any mod packs and has a red offline with a circle beside it and won't load iv tried every thing even the run as admin and the delete it all and redownload but none work

Error Messages:

None it just don't work
