Technic serious graphical interface bugs

Operating System: windows 7 64 bit

Java Version: ive got no clue but normal launcher is fine and its fully up to date(java that is )

Antivirus Program: Trend micro

Description of Problem:

Whenever i try to play a default or custom modpack it is seriously bugged the blocks textures are monged and the interfaces are seriously messed up. even the suna nd moon are!!here are some pictures of the problem.http://imgur.com/T3vRyXK http://imgur.com/rK033oQ i want to play my friends modpack but its impossible with these glitches please fix

also my standard minecraft using the mc launcher is fine but technic messes it up.. also i have tried re installing technic
