I can start the lancher but I cant open any mod pack (not even vanila)

Operating System: windows 7 64bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_45-b18

Description of Problem:

I can open the lacher but when i open any mod pack it load for a bit and then it gives me this message in the loading bar:Download failed, retries remaining (I dont think this is the whole message but it is all that fits on the load bar.)

then a couple seconds later it gives me a "Unexpected Error!" popup with the Exception, Message and trace

I already tryed:

redownloading the techniclauncher

deleting the .technic file

reinstalling java (32bit and 64bit)

Error Messages:

same tried to play volts but it said download failed,by the way the ip to an awesome volts server is 69.162.66.20:25638
