Unable to download Java?

Title: Unable to download Java?

OS: 64bit

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

Every time I launch a modpack this occurs I don't think it is downloading the java to complete the start of the modpack. Take note I have deleted the .technic folder and restarted the Launcher. Any help needed.
